Refund and Returns Policy

This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be considered, in accordance with applicable UK law, particularly the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

By purchasing and accessing digital content on our Platform, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction unless required by law. Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Faulty or Defective Content: If the digital content is defective, not as described, or does not meet the promised quality standards, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
  • Access to Content: Refunds will not be provided if more than 20% of the course or content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, except as provided under Section 2 of this policy.

2. Partial Refunds for Limited Accessed Content

If you have accessed more than 20% of the course or content and experience an issue with the content (e.g., it is faulty, defective, or not as described), we will review your case for a partial refund. The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the content accessed and the nature of the issue.

We may offer a partial refund under the following conditions:

  • The content is faulty, and a repair or replacement is not feasible.
  • The content is not as described, and the issue cannot be rectified.

The partial refund will be determined at our sole discretion, based on the percentage of content consumed and the severity of the defect or issue reported.

3. Conditions for Faulty Content

If you experience issues with the content that render it unusable or if it significantly deviates from the description provided at the time of purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase. Upon verification of the defect, we may offer:

  • A repair of the content (e.g., replacement of missing or broken files).
  • A replacement or access to alternative content.
  • A partial refund, if more than 20% of the content has been accessed and the issue persists.

Refunds for faulty content are processed at our discretion and only after we have had an opportunity to correct the issue.

4. Cooling-Off Period and Waiver of Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have a right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation, unless you have started downloading, streaming, or otherwise accessing the digital content.

By accessing or streaming the digital content, you agree that your right to cancel and obtain a refund will be waived, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once access has commenced, refunds will not be granted unless the content is faulty or misdescribed.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with course content or if you change your mind after purchasing the course. It is your responsibility to review the course description and content outlines provided on the Platform prior to making a purchase decision.

6. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, you must submit a request to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Your request should include:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • The course or content purchased.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue you encountered with the content.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision normally within 30 days, but at maximum of 60 days depending on the workload and personnel availability. We may require additional information or evidence to assess your claim.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. The amount refunded will be based on the portion of the content that was consumed and the specific circumstances under which the refund was requested. Partial refunds may be issued where appropriate.

The refund amount will exclude any processing fees, transaction fees, or commissions incurred during the initial payment process, which cannot be recovered. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 8. Exclusions

Refunds will not be considered in the following cases:

  • If you have accessed more than 20% of the content, except where a partial refund is offered under Section 2 of this policy.
  • If the content has been delivered in accordance with the course description and there is no fault or defect.
  • If the refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase or after the fault has been repaired or replaced.

9. Amendments to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
